Where is The Brand House located, and what areas do you serve?
The Brand House is a small custom sign and laser engraving shop in Blue Ridge, Texas. We serve North Texas, including Collin, Hunt and Fannin counties and the Dallas–Fort Worth area, plus Hochatown and Broken Bow in southeast Oklahoma, and we ship nationwide.
What do you make?
Custom acrylic logo signs and laser engraving on wood, acrylic, metal and tumblers, leather, glass, and slate. Popular items include business wall signs, slate coasters, tumblers, cutting boards, leather keychains and whiskey glasses.
How much does a custom acrylic sign cost?
Price depends on your design, size, number of colors and layers, and mounting. Each listing shows its starting price by size, and every custom order gets a free digital proof and quote before we cut.
How much does laser engraving cost?
Leather keychains are $8, slate coasters come in sets of 4, 6, 8 or 12 starting at $25 for 4, engraved RTIC tumblers are $36 to $46 with the cup included in 7 colors, cutting boards start at $39 and whiskey glass sets are $50. Every listing shows its price by size and option.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are finished in 7 to 14 business days after you approve your proof. Acrylic signs in custom colors take longer, and we'll confirm your timeline with you. Need it sooner? Add a Rush Order ($35) or a 48-hour rush ($55), and reach out before you order if you have a hard deadline.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. Every custom order gets a free digital proof by email, and nothing is cut or engraved until you approve it. Two rounds of revisions are included, and extra revision rounds are $25 each. Changes after you approve the proof cost a new $25 proof fee plus the recut material.
What file formats do you accept for my logo?
Vector files work best: SVG, AI, EPS or a vector PDF. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too, and if all you have is a photo or sketch, send it anyway and we'll let you know if it needs cleanup or redrawing. Logo cleanup or vectorizing is $35.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee for text or artwork you supply, and you get a free proof first. If you need a logo, our custom logo design service includes a folder of all your design files that you can use for your future business needs.
What's the difference between a 2-layer and a 3-layer acrylic sign?
A single-layer sign is your logo or text cut as one piece. A 2-layer sign sets your logo or lettering on a backer for depth, and a 3-layer sign adds one more layer, such as a border or accent color, as a custom order.
What sizes do acrylic signs come in?
Layered acrylic signs come in 12", 18", 24", 36" and 48". Clear acrylic standoff signs come in 18", 24", 36" and 48", and floating letter signs come in 24", 36" and 48". Need a different size? We can make it as a custom order.
How thick are your acrylic signs?
Our standard is 1/8" acrylic. Thicker or thinner acrylic is available as a custom order.
What finishes and colors can I choose?
Our finishes and colors are our 24-color palette: mirror, metallic, matte, frosted, clear and specialty colors, all shown on our Our Colors page. We can also do any custom color or finish on request. Custom colors take longer to make, and we'll confirm your timeline with you.
How are acrylic signs mounted, and what does mounting cost?
All our acrylic wall signs mount with commercial-grade 3M VHB tape, except the Clear Acrylic Standoff Sign, which mounts with standoffs. Custom mounting solutions are available on request.
How big can you make a sign?
We cut single pieces up to 19.6" tall and about 112" long, so a wide, short sign can be one piece. Need something larger or a different size? We can make it as a custom order.
Do you offer a bulk discount?
Yes. Order 10 or more engraved items in one order (slate coasters, cutting boards, leather keychains or whiskey glass sets) and save 15%. Order 10 or more Floating Letter or Layered signs and save 10%. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Engraved tumblers have their own tiers: 12 or more save 10% and 24 or more save 12%, and mixed colors and sizes all count. Mixing signs and engraved pieces? Our Build Your Own Bundle saves 8% on 3 or more pieces and 10% on 5 or more. Bigger runs for crews, companies and events can be quoted.
Do you ship?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders of $125 or more (before tax) ship free with standard shipping, wall signs included. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Free local pickup is available at our shop in Blue Ridge, Texas. Just choose Pickup at checkout. Ordering for a cabin or business in Broken Bow or Hochatown, Oklahoma? We deliver free to the Broken Bow, OK area (including Hochatown and Beavers Bend). Just choose Local delivery at checkout.
Can I bring my own tumbler or item to engrave?
We don't engrave customer-supplied tumblers; every tumbler order comes with a new RTIC Essential Tumbler. For other items, reach out first so we can confirm the material will engrave well.
Can you engrave my cattle brand?
Yes. Send a clear photo, drawing or file of your brand, and we'll engrave it on slate, wood, leather, steel, glass or acrylic after you approve a free proof.
Can you design a logo or ranch brand for me?
Yes. Just tick the custom logo design add-on ($95) on any sign or engraving listing. We design your logo from scratch around your ranch, business or family, with digital proofs and 2 revision rounds, and you get a folder of all your design files to use for your future business needs.
Can I return a custom order?
Because every piece is made to order with your name, logo or design, custom items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
