Production time

Every order is made to order. Most orders are finished in 7 to 14 business days after you approve your proof. Rush (+$35) and 48-hour rush (+$55) options are available.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates start once your order leaves our shop.

Engraved items, table top signs and host signs

Tumblers, coasters, cutting boards, keychains, glassware, table top signs, wifi signs, review signs and handle tags ship for $8 standard (orders under $125) or $15 express. Orders of $125 or more (before tax) ship free with standard shipping.

Acrylic wall signs

Acrylic wall signs (Floating Letter, Layered and Clear Acrylic Standoff signs) ship by ground in foam-packed boxes. Wall signs are included in our free shipping: orders of $125 or more (before tax) ship free with standard shipping. For wall signs going to Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory or an APO/FPO address, contact us for a quote before you order.

Mounting

Our acrylic signs mount with 3M VHB mounting tape, so there are no holes and no hardware. Any of our standing signs can also be made as a wall mount at no extra cost. Just note "wall mount" in the "Notes for your design" box. The one exception is the Clear Acrylic Standoff Sign, which comes with four standoffs plus screws and anchors.

Local pickup, meetups and North Texas delivery

In North Texas? Save on shipping — ask us about a free public meetup or local delivery. Free local pickup is also available at our shop, 15602 SH 160, Blue Ridge, TX 75424. Just choose Pickup at checkout.

Free delivery to the Broken Bow, Oklahoma area

We deliver free to the Broken Bow, OK area (including Hochatown and Beavers Bend), with no order minimum. Just choose Local delivery at checkout and enter your delivery address. Local delivery covers ZIP codes 74728, 74737, 74734 and 74766 (Broken Bow, Golden, Eagletown and Wright City). If you’re just outside that area, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Damage in transit

We pack signs and engraved goods carefully. If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
